Patricia M. Lynch, LLD Patricia Lynch is Vice President of State Government Relations Services in Kaiser Permanente’s national Legal and Government Relations Department, supervising support of Kaiser Permanente’s state government relations’ efforts in nine states and the District of Columbia.
Maurice McGregor, MD,FRCP (C) Dr. Maurice McGregor is Chair of the Technology Assessment Unit of the McGill University Health Centre. A cardiologist, he has served a dean of the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University and was founding President of the Conseil d'évaluation des technologies et modes d’intervention en santé du Québec (1988-94) and a member of the first Board of the Canadian Coordinating Office for Health Technology Assessment.
