2) Sleep troubles – Dr. Henry Holders, MUHC geriatrist and psychologist, and an expert on insomnia at the MUHC discusses the difficulty of both falling asleep and staying asleep. He talks about how stress can cause an individual to lose sleep, as well as how certain medical conditions are related to sleep apnea.
3) Sweetest Thing Fundraiser – Christina Gérard, a CanSupport event organizer, talks about the upcoming Variety Show Fundraiser to support patients fighting cancer.
