Research recently showed widespread benefits of Vitamin D for our health. But how much do we need and how do we get it?

The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI MUHC) and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR)invited the public, on Tuesday June 15, 2010, to a Café scientifique in special collaboration with CBC Radio One (88.5 FM). The event was videotaped for the MUHC.ca website, at the Café des beaux-arts of the Fine Arts Museum
